Username color change...? Oh my~

After some contemplation we decided to do some switching around of username colors, because the last arrangement kind of bugged the entire admin team. 
(Nutshell version: we all thought gray was a terrible color to use for any accounts, no one liked the admin green correction: there were valid arguments for changing away from green, and the blue for petitioners was REALLY BRIGHT.)
Sooo....
- Retired members and Petitioners will both be a gorgeous (and non eye-hurty) dark blue
- Regular members will remain a beautiful dark purple
and
- Admin of all variety will be that lovely rich red that you see over there *points above avatar*
That's all!
