The Grey Tower

Heya folks...

Grey Tower's twentieth anniversary (O___O) is coming up in June of 2018, and I was wondering....would anyone be interested in a get together to celebrate? I'd be happy to do the footwork and phone calls to find us a nice place to gather- I was thinking something low key like a group lodge or something. I figure with more than a year to plan, maybe our European people would be able to join us as well.

We were talking in chat and thought the DC, New York, or Atlanta areas would be nice because they have major international hubs that might make it easier for ze Euros to make it. Of those, I'm personally more interested in Atlanta.

Atlanta. Did New York already. If I ever go back there for any reason, assume I'm going mad.

I don't see why not DFW. Three of us, maybe more, live in that area already. And its one of the biggest airports in the country.

No location has been ruled out, yet! I'm mostly just seeing if there's enough interest to warrant getting a place for us versus simply crashing in someone's living room.

I'd love to, it does depend on when, the flights and money. I'd say to host it in the UK but that would be silly so host it wherever is sensible for the most people not far from large airports would make it much easier for international peoplez.

I'd love to, but wouldn't be able to afford it. Already got one trip to Kenya planned for next year for my dad's 60th, so, yeah, I wouldn't be able to make it.
