The Grey Tower

So I am not very good at this Shara thing, but... anyway!

I've been wanting to get the Red Ajah out of the basement for a while now, and to join the rest of the Ajah pie. The MRP is the perfect impetus for that; since it is slowly approaching the end, I thought I would let everyone know what my plans are. Nothing grand or dramatic (for once!). I am perfectly happy with the simple explanation that the basements were severely damaged, thus giving the Red Ajah an IC reason to move and integrate into the rest of the Tower. Yay, cake for everyone.

Based on this diagram and given the purpose of the Red, I am thinking that we should be put between the Green and Blue Ajahs, or the Green and Yellow. What say you? Green/Blue or Green/Yellow?

In terms of rainbow, between yellow and green makes sense. In terms of actual necessity for being near the front door....between green and blue.

Or we could just completely reorganize and follow the official order of the amyrlin's stole which is

Blue
Green
Yellow
Red
White
Gray
Brown
Indigo

With Indigo added where it makes sense.

If Blue and Red are near each other, I think tempers will flare. I find that rather amusing, though, and don't have much of an opinion! (And yes this post is also wholly unhelpful lol... bye! <3)

I am honestly not all that fussed (to borrow Craig's word) about where the Red Ajah goes, so long as we are part of the Ajah pie and out of the frakking basement. Kaia needs sunlight.

Well, I just learnt something new; 'fussed' is an informal British term.

If we are going to mess around with the Ajah pie by adding in an eighth slice, we may as well rearrange the whole thing how we see fit. It feels right that the Reds, Greens, and Yellows should be near to the Warder Yards, the Blues should be near the Novices/Soldiers quarters, and the Whites and Greys should be near the Gardens. But I too am not fussed about the layout.

I like Marla's proposal about the order of the Amyrlin's stole.

For the sake of simplicity, I'm leaning towards going with arranging the Ajah's based on the Amrylin's stole. Kaia really just wants sunlight. #priorities.

As for the layout... Ajahs will be arranged by the colour of the Amyrlin's stole...?

...but yeah, that all sounds good. lol. The Reds and Greens are of similar enough purpose to be near one another, no matter what THEY think! Also? I live in a damn basement iRL now and can say I FEEL for the Reds and am happy to let them have the sun again!
