You can start an arrival thread, or you can post a thread in the Wanted Ads forum to see who's up for some of your plot ideas.

You can get a mentor who can RP with you, you can post in the Wanted forum and see if anyone responds, you can start your own thread with an [open] tag, you can find another open thread and jump in, or you can approach people individually who appeal to you.
I also recommend chilling in our chatroom if you have time/inclination. A lot of plotting and getting to know people and getting involved in each other's stories happens there.

Hi, Avyra... I think normally you would find someone to write a thread with you. If your character is a channeler, she would probably begin with a One Power Basics thread.
