Improving Sword and Bow

Post by Roan » June 10th, 2015, 9:13 pm

Hi all!

The blademaster post got me thinking more seriously about Ria's skill with both sword and bow.

While I really do hope to go for my Blademaster/bowmaster (bowmaster reminds me of workout equipment...) in archery, I also want to get Ria up to Expert with Sword. She is currently competent.

Anyway, I am looking for someone who might be willing to train (especially if you might need this for your blademaster checklist), or a general RP spar with swords and my little Gaidar.

I also offer my services to help anyone with bow (to help my own march towards blademaster) and would be down for a bow paintball session with a few of y'all!

So....any takers? :)

I'd be happy to go Blade to Blade with you on my Drin, Sam :) He's competent too, so they're evenly matched, and if we could maybe work toward disarming and going toe to toe in Unarmed (without it being because they're brawling, but because they don't want to disengage to pick up their weapons), it will help with my getting Sam his points in Unarmed for his raising?
I might be Yellow, but I'm probably braver than you.

Hmm, I am intrigued. Ria is competent in unarmed, though I don't think I am going for extra points there...doesn't mean we can't move from armed to unarmed. I would also be willing to do an unarmed spar separate from the sword spar. :)

Either way works for me, I was just spit balling ideas 'cos Unarmed is required for raising :) You can start the Blade+Blade Spar in the WY if you like :D

Cool deal. I will post a starter by Friday...hopefully sometime tomorrow, but it all depends on timing.
