Wanted: Partner to develop Healing Skillz

Hello!

I'm looking to get Murdock savvy in the fine art of Healing and to that end I would love to have a thread with someone else where, well, Healing happens. I'd rather it not be in a classroom setting, something a bit more practical and hands-on would be great. Either a teacher/mentor or a fellow trainee learning alongside him would be fabaroo.

I can offer Betrys to help, as long as it isn't about the One Power end of things as she cannot teach it to a male channeller BUT the mucky end of the blood and guts etc. that she can do!

Learning about the blood and guts of it sounds disgusting. I love it! As the Yellow Ajah isn't outside the realm of possibility for Murdock I'd be happy to do some Infirmary/Yellow Ajah theory funsies. There could well be an Asha'man around to keep an eye on Murdock's weaves if we wanted to play it that way.

Any specifics you want to get out of a thread for Betrys? I don't know if there's anything a sad Soldier can help with (though he can reach the high shelves.)

If you want an Asha'man at some point, Gareth is available.

A thread where the male channellers go do some... male channelling... badassery would be great! If there is anything Gareth needs a somewhat forlorn Dedicated for who is showing a knack for Healing, then Murdock is your man.

Once illness has stopped cooking my brain and the cells recover, let's brainstorm. With him as a Dedicated, we have some field trip options.

Ayden is about to start learning to control his Healing talent as well, if you want to join up at some point.

It might get me back in with some travelling madness with either Ayden, Murdock, or both with Seth, them learning about healing while out and about >_>

I am going to say yes to all of the things. Field trips and learning on the go would please me greatly with whoever it may be! There is also the option for Murdock to teach or guide Ayden whilst learning himself from Gareth/Seth/whoever.

Seth is a bit more eccentric than Gareth, so it totally depends on whether you want the more sober Gareth, or the guy who gets up in the middle of the night and goes to the other side of the continent on a whim
