Tia’s somewhat embarrassed smile warmed as she inclined her head in a bit of a nod, “Of course, Andraste. Being comfortable with Saidar is definitely a prerequisite. Take all the time you need. It is not a limited time offer, I assure you.”
A bell tolled, and the Aes Sedai looked off in the direction of the chimes. “Unfortunately, I must go as my presence is required elsewhere.” She looked back to the Novice, “As I said earlier. . .never hesitate to come find me if you need a friendly face or ear. My door is open.” With that, she stood up, “Take care of yourself, Andraste.”
The Aes Sedai felt a weird sense of reluctance to leave, but she did have to be elsewhere and deferred to her responsibilities as Aes Sedai. Walking away, she found herself looking back over her shoulder at the dark skinned Novice. She felt a sense of curiosity about the woman she couldn’t quite pin down. Pushing the curious thoughts aside, she tried to focus on the next task ahead of her. . .working with a few Accepted who showed an aptitude for Cloud Dancing.
